These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the offer and sale of products through the website www.rekhale.it (the “Website”) by REKHALE S.R.L. These Terms apply exclusively to sales made to “Consumers”, meaning any natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, or profession, in accordance with Italian Consumer Code Legislative Decree 206/2005.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. These Terms do not govern the provision of services or sale of products by third parties accessible via links on the Website. 

The Seller reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not "Consumers" and any other order which does not comply with the Seller’s business policy.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

2.1 To place an order, the Customer must complete the online order form and submit it electronically following the instructions on the Website.

2.2 Before submitting the order, the Customer will be provided with:

2.7 The Customer acknowledges that placing an order implies an obligation to pay.

2.8 Before submitting the order, the Customer may identify and correct input errors by following the instructions provided on the Website.

3. Products and Availability

3.1 The Seller guarantees the authenticity of all products sold on the Website, and comply with applicable quality standards. 

3.2 Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly due to technical factors (e.g. display settings).

3.3 Availability is subject to change at any time.

4. Prices & Orders

4.1 All prices are indicated in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. 

4.2 Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly indicated before order confirmation.

4.3 The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price charged will be the one displayed at the time of the order.

4.4 Orders received from countries other than those selected for shipping or to addresses to which the Seller cannot ship cannot be accepted.

4.5 All products sold by www.rekhale.it are delivered with original tags, packaging, and any accessory items. These elements are considered integral parts of the product and must be returned intact in case of withdrawal.

4.6 If you exercise your right to return the products, the Seller may refuse to accept products that are damaged, without the tag (or any other item included in the original product) or which have been altered in their main characteristics or quality.

In case of withdrawal, the Customer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

4.7 Prices may be displayed in currencies other than Euro (€) depending on the Customer’s location. Such values are indicative and based on automatic conversion rates. The final transaction will be processed in Euro (€) or in the currency selected at checkout, depending on the payment provider. Any differences due to exchange rates or bank fees shall not be attributable to the Seller.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment for the products and related shipping costs may be made using the payment methods indicated on the Website, including credit/debit cards and other digital payment solutions.

5.2 Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers, including services made available via Shopify (such as Shopify Payments or other providers).

5.3 The Seller does not have access to or store the Customer’s full payment details.

5.4 Depending on the payment method selected, payment may be authorised at the time of order and captured either immediately or at the time of shipment.

5.5 The Seller reserves the right to carry out checks and, where necessary, to refuse or cancel orders in the event of suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, or failure to obtain payment authorisation.

5.6 Any additional costs related to international transactions, currency conversion, or bank fees shall be borne by the Customer.

6. Retention of Title

Ownership of the products shall remain with the Seller until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reliable courier services selected by REKHALE S.r.L.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are estimated as follows:

• Italy: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Currently, we can ship to the following countries and areas: EU, Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, Turkey, Canada, Mexico, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Colombia.

Delivery Timeframe

In accordance with applicable law, products will be delivered without undue delay and, in any event, within 30 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order value.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.

From time to time, promotional free shipping offers may apply.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, products may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

Such charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and shall be borne by the Customer.

Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including but not limited to customs delays, courier disruptions, strikes, or force majeure events. REKHALE S.R.L. shall not be liable for such delays, except where required by applicable law.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the Customer upon delivery of the goods to the Customer, drop point or to a third party designated by the Customer.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Customer, or repeated absence of the recipient, the package may be returned to the Seller. In such cases, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Customer for any additional shipping costs required for re-delivery.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from REKHALE. In case you wish to return your order, please read below. 

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date on all orders placed at rekhale.it.

To return your order, please contact customercare@rekhale.it, and provide your order number. 

Once we create and send you the return label, you have 14 days to process the shipment. Any return sent outside the specified timeframe will not be refunded and will be made available for the client to arrange a courier pick up again at their own expense. Please get in touch with customer care if this is your situation. 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be returned:

• unused and not worn
• in their original condition
• complete with original packaging, tags, and all other accessories and components

The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. It is important to note that the company reserves the right to reject any item that goes against this criteria. Anything related to the delivery of your order must also be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of reception, and no later than that. We reserve the right to limit or deny the right of return to customers with an unusually high return history or misuse of the service.

Return Procedure

After submitting a return request, the Customer will receive instructions on how to return the product, along with a prepaid label, which should be attached to the returning parcel.

The products must be shipped back within 14 days from the date on which the return was communicated.

Drop off your parcel at the carrier’s collection point.

Please note that all returns must be sent using the prepaid label provided by the Customer Care Team. Rekhale must not be held responsible for shipping charges or lost packages when the order has been sent by another carrier or method, other than the one provided by Rekhale.

Procedure:

• To request a return, please send an email to customercare@rekhale.it detailing your request and citing the order number.
• Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the shipping label and information to drop off your package.
• Once the label is created and sent to you via email, you have 14 days to drop off the package
• The returned items should be packaged in their original condition with the original labels. You can reuse our shipping bag/box or use a new one that guarantees the safety of the products. Any product that is returned faulty, damaged, dirty, used, or deteriorated will not be refunded and will be available for the client to arrange a courier pick up again at their own expense.
• If you are returning a product that is faulty or wrong, please explain the issue and upload pictures when sending the return email. Our Customer Care team will review it and present a solution.
• For non-EU customers, please print out three copies of the original invoice. All invoices should be attached to the outside of your parcel in a transparent plastic pouch. Please note that these invoices must not be placed inside the parcel, as customs should be able to collect them. Drop-off your parcel at the chosen pick-up point.

Exchange 

If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order. 

Please, email us at customercare@rekhale.it with your wishes for an exchange, and we can support with a free or discounted shipping for your exchange-new order. 

Refunds

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, and if the return is accepted, REKHALE S.r.L. will issue a refund using the original payment method.

The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date the return is accepted.

Please note that original shipping costs are not refunded. Return Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the products, without providing any reason.
